- Arbitration will take place in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, before a single neutral arbitrator.
- Claims under $10,000 will be decided based on written submissions only.
- You waive the right to participate in class actions or consolidated claims.
Small claims court actions may be brought in Miami-Dade County, Florida, where allowed by applicable arbitration rules.
10. Third-Party Beneficiaries
Third-Party Providers contacted through our Site are considered intended beneficiaries of specific sections of these Terms, particularly relating to your representations and our limitation of liability.
